SkillWill is a self-assessment platform that helps students understand their employability before they start applying to companies. The test assesses applicants on 22 employability skills using situational judgment tests (SJTs) and the computer adaptive testing (CAT) methodology. More than 40,000 students across the country have used SkillWill's platform. SkillWill started as Assessment for Graduate Employability (AGE) at ANTZ Management Consulting Services. The product was eventually retired in December, 2014.
