The Open Door Charity offers a range of services for young people and young adults who are suffering with anxiety, low mood, stress, panic attacks. Our mission is around ‘Shaping Change’ in mental health through Empowerment, Culture, and Opportunity. Access to the service is free and immediate - We are so proud to have no waiting list, something we have strived for since opening in 2011. Alongside our mental health support offer, we provide the local community with a creative and social space, Bloom Building and Coffee, Wirral premier arts and exhibition centre which offers hot desking, workshops and tenancies. Other sites in the ODC Campus are Blossom Haus and Luft.
