NxtUp is a non-profit, 4 year Educational, Coaching, College, and Career Prep Program that works directly with local, underrepresented high school students on achieving their personal, academic and professional goals. Co-founders Ebony Chaney and Tamika Shannon tell our participants, “When life doesn’t provide you with a clear road-map, we will be there to empower you, educate you about multiple options and open up paths towards your successful future.” We focus on building partnerships between our students, staff and community members and creating lasting connections with a local and regional impact.
