The Bath Finance Society (BFS) prepares Bath’s most diligent students for a career in finance. With over 700 members the BFS is the largest society in the university. We understand how competitive the global finance job market is. Through frequent networking events, workshops and even conferences, the society aims to assist Bath’s students in gaining a strong edge in the job market. Also, we hope to open up doors between our brilliant members and our sponsors. The society operates by religiously following our 4 core values - Education, Diversity & Inclusion, Collaboration and Community, which are also what the 4 pillars of the BFS logo represents. The BFS have had a strong track record in organising a variety of outstanding events that have received a high volume of positive reviews from members. We have maintained a consistently high standard when it comes to these events. The BFS aims to not only improve our members’ employability, but also inspire members to gain interest and knowledge to finance.
