Romulus, Inc. is the 2016 recipient of IHOP's Chairman's Award for "Franchisee of the Year" and is a seven time "Regional Franchisee of the Year" award winner. Founded by owner Chris Milisci, Romulus has consistently ranked in the "Franchisee Top 100" by the Restaurant Finance Monitor.
