Insha Osvita is an NGO that operates across Ukraine and is involved in management of the quality of non-formal education and adult education. The mission of NGO "Insha Osvita" is to enhance approaches to non-formal education and adult education for a variety of target groups and to create a favorable environment for the development of innovations for a democratic society. Currently we are working in the following fields of expertise: - innovative non-formal educational models on socially meaningful subjects for different target groups; - research in non-formal education and adult education; - a Ukrainian nationwide trainer pool and trainer training programs; - promotion of and education about innovative models for the democratization of society. The organization’s leaders and trainers have resonant experience in coaching, mentoring, training and facilitating seminars and events. We have several years of experience with youth work that we are ready to share with partner organizations. In addition, working at trainings with multilingual methods and language animation is one of the fields of our expertise.
