GirlLEAD provides a competent and efficient platform to eradicate inadequate opportunities, education and poor involvement of girls in entrepreneurship, leadership and technology fields and utilize the skills acquired to further contribute to positive impact in the society. Goals and Objectives include 1. Intensive training in technology subjects, industry related courses and social entrepreneurship through boot-camps, meetups and internships. 2. Providing coaching and mentoring for girls in technology, leadership and entrepreneurial fields. 3. Providing an enabling platform for participants to gain hands-on experience using newly acquired skills through internship placements. 4. Developing girls to be change-makers, innovators and problem-solvers. 5. Advancing gender equity through activities that promote economic opportunities for girls/women.
