Quality of Life Home Health Care is licensed by Minnesota Department of Human Service to provide basic and intensive home care services to individuals who would like to remain living independent as opposed to residing in a facility. We provide in home services to individuals living with physical limitations, intellectual limitation and/or individuals living with mental health diagnosis. Our role is to assist the individual to become integrated into his/her community or the least restrictive environment.
