The Auburn Bay Residents Association is a not-for-profit company that is professionally managed and operated. In addition to recreation and event programming, we are responsible for maintenance and many community features, including: entry ways, boulevards, the Auburn House facility, and the lake and park amenities. Membership is mandatory for residents and fees are collected annually.
