The studio has 4 pulley tower combination units, and specialized equipment; Leg extension, Jumping Stretching Board and GYROTONER (TM). Sessions are offered Monday-Saturday. Instructor trainings in the methods are also offered regularly in the studio through Energy Kinetics (R) Instructor Training. Exercise Physiology services, health coaching and fitness training are also available in the studio, as well as exercise programs and prescriptions for chronic diseases.
