In 2003 Theresa began her own business which focused on guiding Doctors with the start-up process through the first years of business to improving productivity and profitability which has been key to seeing their business flourish. Marketing, team training, treatment presentation and hygiene development are some of the areas she has successfully helped dental practices initiate and strengthen within their businesses.
