MANAGED REHABilitation is based in Farmington Hills, Michigan, and serves clients throughout the state of Michigan. We have a permanent staff of medical case managers to serve our clients on the west side of the state. Our staff of medical case managers has extensive experience in managing a broad spectrum of medical conditions and chronic diseases, including spinal cord injury, traumatic brain injury, cognitive deficits, mental illness. Our clients come from every age and stage of life, from pediatric to geriatric.
