These include: embedded networks, telephony, internet (FFTP & NBN), heating & cooling, sustainability solutions, EV charging, water and facilities management/maintenance. We plan, develop, service and manage complete end-to-end solutions for both new and existing properties. Both tenants and building owners/managers benefit from our technology & networks via savings on infrastructure and ongoing utility/service provisioning. Our core service offering is based on a utility distribution network formed in a multi-tenanted building or complex that then bands together tenants enabling a “buying group”. This allows for the purchase of utilities (Elec/Telco/Water etc) at a wholesale/bulk rate, these services are then on-sold to tenants at retail rates. Our private networks are suited to buildings that have the benefit of one controlling entity. This entity does not have to own the facility, however must control the infrastructure and have control over leasing or entities such as Body Corporates. In 2019, Macquarie Group (ASX: MQG) became a major Shareholder of Active Utilities.
