Superfab is a design lab and fabrication house founded on the premise that design thinking, experienced hands, and new era tools - when working together - can yield meaningful new possibilities in the world. Founded in 2013, this endeavor has grown from a modest one man shop to a lean and effective group of 22 who consistently execute exceptional works for some of the most forward thinking designers and influential companies on the planet. We are pioneers in a new paradigm of manufacturing. Equal parts engineers and craftsmen, we work with designers and architects to invent the original things they cannot order or find anyone else to make. The uncommon blend of talent, insight, and capabilities that is Superfab - that is, our ‘new model’ - puts us in a rather unusual position that is simultaneously in and between the often opposing worlds of design, fabrication, architecture, and construction. Fortunately for us, the broad experience and overlapping disciplines that comprise Superfab make this condition not only navigable, but extraordinarily fruitful. Rather than being stuck between (or even worse, within) entrenched old models, we have the latitude to see the needs each discipline satisfies as part of a singular world - our world.
