Christmas On The Silver Screen November 22 - 28, 2015 Western Development Museum 2610 Lorne Avenue South Saskatoon, SK The Saskatoon Festival of Trees is a not-for-profit organization in its 30th year of operations. The Festival kicks off the Christmas season in Saskatoon and is a 9-day annual event. Run by over 250 community volunteers, the Festival raises funds for projects through Saskatoon City Hospital Foundation. More than 25,000 visitors attend the Saskatoon Festival of Trees each year. The event is held at the Western Development Museum. Attractions include: - 75 decorated Christmas trees & displays - 20-25 elaborate gingerbread displays - Going Green - Recyclable Displays - Daily Entertainment from over 50 different performers - NEW: Minions Dance Party - Special events every evening - People's Choice Awards competition There are 22 Committees operated by volunteer Chairs who donate their time to work year-round, planning and executing the Saskatoon Festival of Trees. More than $2-million raised have supported vital equipment purchases at Saskatoon City Hospital and leading research for Multiple Sclerosis.
