Alexander Counseling Center is a mental health counseling office located in White City, Oregon. Counselor RuthAnne Alexander, MS, works with clients to alleviate anxiety, depression, and mood concerns, gain new perspectives of themselves in relation to others, and identify problematic patterns of thinking. Clients are encouraged to express their true thoughts and feelings in a safe place, address pain, work through loss, and explore other concerns they may have. Clients also gain valuable life skills, explore relationships, jobs, career changes and vocational goals. Counseling provides the experience necessary to develop new neural pathways in the brain, resulting in change.
