Redinger Steel Erectors provides the utmost service to all customers - big and small - with a focus on hard work, safety, and efficiency. We proudly employ union iron workers in southeast & mid-Michigan through Iron Workers Local 25. We work with steel fabricators to provide a complete steel package to general contractors, construction managers, and property owners. Redinger Steel is a family owned and operated corporation conveniently located between Lansing & Detroit in Fowlerville, Michigan. Redinger Steel was founded in 1993 by Butch and Jann Redinger. Butch has been a union Ironworker for over 45 years and started Redinger Steel Erectors, Inc in 1993. Josh has thirteen years of experience as a union iron worker. Our crews consist of several foremen and journeymen who have been with RSEI for over 10 years each alongside young apprentices hitting the ground running. Our team’s expertise in the structural steel industry makes RSEI an asset to any construction project. We provide installation services for structural steel, joist, decking, miscellaneous steel, ornamental iron work, glass railings, stairs and railings, stainless steel, and aluminum. In the last five years, RSEI has completed over 225 projects in Southeast and Mid-Michigan. We pride ourselves on maintaining a safe work environment and properly trained employees through regular company safety meetings as well as individual certifications. We are registered with MUST (Management and Unions Serving Together) and all employees are MUST certified and drug free. Our general foremen are certified as SafetyTrained Supervisors in Construction (STSC) through the Board of Certified Safety Professionals. To keep up with our fast-paced construction world, Redinger Steel foremen carry tablets in the field so that they can stay informed while on site. Their tablets contain links to all drawings, safety documents, MSDS forms, and site-specific documentation. This allows them to solve problems quickly and keep open lines of communication with the company and with our customers.
