Jabiru Community, Youth and Children’s Services Association Inc is a community-based not-for-profit organisation started by a group of mums who wanted something for their kids to do in Bracken Ridge in the September school holidays in 1986. Over the years we have grown, but we haven’t forgotten our roots. As well as operating outside school hours care services in more than 20 schools, Jabiru employs a team of youth workers who undertake community development activities on Brisbane’s northside.
