Ashleigh Farms is a 3rd generation family pig farm based in West Waterford, a few miles fromthe south coast of Ireland. Like many Irish farms in the 1960’s it reared just 2 outdoor sows, but through the vision and dedication of Jim and Eleanor McGrath it has developed into a prosperous family business. All involved at Ashleigh Farms have a real passion for pig farming as they strive to produce high quality pork as efficiently as possible with a high emphasis on welfare, innovation and the environment. Ashleigh Farms goal is to be at the forefront of all aspects of pig production to help us grow further and remain sustainable in the industry.
