Our mission is to help 1,000 women in tech level up their careers by securing leadership positions. Lady Bird Talent is a community that connects women with inspiring peers, business resources, exclusive events, and interview opportunities for leadership roles in emerging tech companies. Women currently hold only 21% of executive roles, and women of color claim less than 4% of executive positions. We’re determined to equalize the gender ratio in tech leadership and give women the career trajectory they deserve.
