On the 1st October 1998, Dolmen Insurance Brokers was set-up to provide a service in Artane, an area of Dublin (4 miles from the City Centre) which had no brokers present. The company opened with two members of staff and quickly started to grow. In 1999 we opened up an Insurance shop to satisfy our customer’s demands. In 2001 we purchased Rooney's of Swords (then called NRG) and merged their customers and staff with ours to help develop even better services. In 2015 we purchased CU Safe which specializes in insuring Credit Union members. The operations have continually expanded and we have now over 50 members of staff. We have expanded our premises several times with our office space at currently more than 7500 sq. feet. We will see our staff members increase in number by 30 over the next few years. The ability to attract, develop and retain vital members of staff has been a corner stone of our development and our success, which sees us as a fast growing and progressive broker. Effective staff are essential in the provision of a first rate customer service. Our constant aim to improve our customer care level is the most important goal for all the Directors and Staff.
