CulturePro is a start-up company, based in Cork, Ireland. We provide tools and training to help improve employee communication in a fast growing culturally diverse workforce. CulturePro is based on founder Dr Marie Therese Shortt’s PhD research into cross-cultural behavioural differences, and we take a visual approach to improving cross-cultural understanding in companies and teams. The CulturePro Intercultural Training Platform, currently at Beta stage, has been developed in direct partnership with multinational companies and is tailored to the needs of HR and employees to become better prepared for intercultural communication at the office and during international business travels.
