T-ICU is a remote medical service company. The main objective/service of T-ICU is to support ICU (Intensive Care Unit) operations remotely to reduce the burden on busy doctors and nurses. This service includes 24/7 consultation with the specialists in intensive care. Contracted hospitals can connect with “support center” where specialists are available and can consult 24/7 hours through sharing biometric information monitors, electrocardiogram records, etc. Now more than 10 hospitals are using the services all over Japan. The services include consultation for critically ill patients in ICU; provide training to doctors and nurses on intensive and emergency care; visiting the hospital and providing advice for improvement. The service also includes consultation services for those hospitals which do not have ICU.
