Shape Your Future is a Youth International Program aiming to empower, vocalize, activate, and network young people 16-29 years old. SYF from Athens to Beijing started in 2008 as a part of Mathitiada, a Greek Institution addressed to students that promote values and activities connected with the Olympic Ideals & Values. In 2012 SYF from Athens to London brought together young people from around the world who visited the EU parliament to share their ideas and ideals about the future. Now SYF from Athens to Tokyo aims to inspire the active involvement of youth, through interactive activities, regarding its three main pillars of participation, Society, Economy, Environment. Our Vision: We dream of a world of equality, and equal opportunity for all. We believe that youth's participation in the decision-making process can advance our societies for the better. We strongly support the UN's and EU's sustainability goals, and we are deeply convinced that youth's participation can input more innovative, up to date and viable solutions. We aim to become the cause for youth to be heard on a global level and shape their own future! Shape Your Future from Athens to Tokyo. How does it work? Phase 1: We have three thematic teams for the Society, Economy, and the Environment. We gather worldwide facts and make short polls for you to vote for your favorite solution through our FB page. Phase 2: The most interactive answers are gathered and processed with the help of topic experts and members of academia to create the SYF bible by 2022. SYF bible will be presented to world leaders from a team of our most active volunteers by late 2022
