TurboNDE is a startup with one goal in mind: Advancing Nondestructive Evaluation (NDE) through the integration of NDT/NDE with state-of-the-art technologies. We believe this integration will result in improved safety and profit. Our initial portfolio of services includes common NDT/NDE inspections, but behind the scenes we are initially working on the development of robotic systems for in-situ inspections of steam turbines, gas turbines, generators, and jet engines. Our current capabilities include: Inspections: Ultrasonic, Phased Array PAUT and Penetrant, mainly in power generation and aerospace industries. NDT/NDE Consulting: Develop inspection techniques and procedures, create a written practice. On-site QA/QC: During outages assist proactively ensuring customer's quality/safety expectations are met. Perform QA audits for FME, dropped objects, precision tooling, RCAs, issue quality recommendations for the crew, keep photo records of operations, etc. English, Spanish, French Technical Support: Whether on-site or during phone meetings we can assist with technical communication in this ever growing global economy. We have good experience dealing with USA-Latin America projects. Engineering: We can design NDT tools from customer needs to fully implemented solutions. We have in-house CAD capabilities and a network of manufacturing centers. TurboNDE founder is certified ASNT NDT Level III, lead inventor of patented NDT tools with experience working for OEMs, utilities and power generation service providers as field engineer, quality engineer, inspections engineer, and designer.
