TIRF serves the field of English language education in a variety of ways, including commissioning reports on critical areas of need in our field, making available free resources to assist professionals in the language education community, and influencing the formation and implementation of language policy and planning. We offer grant opportunities to doctoral-level students annually, as well. We hope to make connections with like-minded individuals and organizations to better serve the needs of the wider language teaching, learning, and research community.
