unboxd aims to enhance social mobility by supporting young people to make their aspirations a reality. unboxd was co-founded and is co-directed by Jane Robb. unboxd delivers flexible programmes designed to allow young people to discover what is important to them and how these priorities translate into values. Participants learn what values are, how they can support decision-making and crucially: how their values can be represented in their own future plans.    Our core programme 'An Introduction to Values and Careers' is available in a range of formats for young people of all ages, from 11 to 18. This programme has been accredited as a PSHE Association Quality Assured Resource.   We also conduct our own research into young people's values, aspirations and motivations and how this can vary across gender, age groups, schooling systems and much more. This helps us develop and continually evolve our values discovery programme to ensure it is always relevant to those we work with.
