Actively operating since March 2011, Reclaim Fund Ltd (RFL) makes it possible for money in dormant financial assets to be used to help good causes across the UK, whilst protecting the owners right to reclaim at any time. Made possible by the Dormant Assets Acts 2008 to 2022, the right of the original owners to reclaim their dormant asset value is protected in perpetuity by the transfer of the individual’s claim against the participating organisation to RFL.
