Hi, we’re Joe and Deana La Rosa. We are business owners and philanthropists on a mission to enhance lives through life and business coaching. Eleven years ago we had $50 left to our name, a family of 7 to support, and we were selling the last of our possessions just to put the essentials on the table. Our lives, marriage, and confidence were crumbling... It was that year where we had to decide whether we were either going to resist change or begin to embrace it. We decided together that change wasn’t going to mean something awful and uncomfortable, Change was now going to mean Growth and new Opportunities. Fast forward 12 years, and after a lot of hard work, as cliché as it may sound, we have our dream life: A loving family of 7 that we get to travel the world with, our faith in God is stronger than ever, we built an EIGHT figure pandemic/recession-proof business, that company is now an international franchise (30+ offices, 2500+ realtors), we wrote and published books (a childhood dream checked off our bucket lists), and we wake up each day proud of the work our team puts out and energized to make a difference! We built The La Rosa Co. with the mission to help individuals achieve financial independence and prosperity, and we know that starts from within. Once our clients' awareness and desire are present we develop goals that lead to sustainable results. We are determined to help others break through barriers and achieve their dreams both personally and professionally.
