Our values The spirit of the institute is shaped by people who share a common sense of fairness, humanity and partnership. We are proud to work with more than 40 trainers and coaches who guarantee customized workshops and are certified by the independent trainer association dvct. We co-operate with the majority of our trainers for more than 15 years now. Most of them completed their basic training at our institute and went through a practical year as co-trainer being mentored by seniors.
