The Insight Center brings together traditional Buddhist teachings, mindfulness practices and relational psychotherapy to enhance the capacity of our students and clients to lead fulfilling lives. We teach traditional meditation practice, workshops for the general public and clinical trainings for psychotherapists, and provide psychotherapy to individuals, couples and families. steps3913 Our approach is fundamentally integrative and multidisciplinary. Research evidence from the neurosciences, social sciences and various branches of psychology, physics, linguistics and systems theory informs our clinical trainings and psychotherapy practices. Our work is radically relational as connection is at the core of what makes us human.
