Landeslease, is a leasing company, otherwise referred to as finance lease, which operates in the Albanian market since 2005. It was created initially with the initiative of some local investors while in 2008 the company was attached and foreign investors with their investment which gave the possibility of growth by way of direct help in the Albanian business. In 2014, Union Bank purchased 100% of Landeslease shares, becoming the sole shareholder.
