We are a full service Career Center for College of Natural Sciences undergraduates at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. We provide individual career counseling, host 7 Career Fairs, Employer Information Sessions, Career Workshops and Events, Handshake internship/co-op/job board, a weekly career newsletter during the academic year, graduate school preparation, and we help students acquire experiential learning opportunities to maximize their post-graduation career plans. We have professional Career Advisors to meet 1:1 (virtual, using Zoom now) to help students attain their career goals.. Whether you know what you want to do, or are still unsure, we can help move you forward on your own career trajectory. We can help you with self-assessments, resumes, cover letters, networking with alumni and others, building and using a LinkedIn profile effectiely, interviewing skills, personal statement review, and internship, co-op and job searching skills. Even during this pandemic, there is plenty that undergraduates can do now to help increase their career readiness skills to show employers down the road how they spent this time and demonstrated resiliency, flexibility, and adaptability.
