MUTLUKAL GIDA has established Turkey's biggest Tortilla (Lavash) Bread production plant in Corum Organized Industrial Zone in 2007. In our 2750 sqm closed area installed facility, 1 million pieces of Tortilla (Lavash) per day are produced completely in accordance with the Turkish Food Codex. Our company, which has created approximately 100-person employment support for the country and city economy, consumes 35% of its production in the domestic market while the rest is exported to European and Middle Eastern markets.
