SoCal PreApprenticeship's mission is to upskill untapped talent in our underserved communities to obtain economic stability through our universal training program. The PreApprenticeship is an integrated educational program that prepares students for registered apprentice programs and improves reading, writing, and math skills. Our program offers classroom instruction and job training to guide students to either a registered apprenticeship occupation, employment opportunities, or enhance construction career pathways.
