We’re GRIT, a D2C startup founded by MIT mechanical engineers. We’re a mission-driven company that believes in the power of movement and empowers people with disabilities to live an active lifestyle. Our flagship product, the GRIT Freedom Chair all-terrain wheelchair, demonstrates thoughtful product design done in partnership with the community we serve, and is used by over 1000 riders. With our mobility equipment products we offer the opportunity to amplify one’s self and move beyond.
