The company started as a part of Kraftszer ltd. in 1990. Where after the successful building project it was necessary to provide high quality facility management in the industrial and private sector. In the following years we succeeded in acquiring also projects from the competitive market, and turned them profitable for both the users of the building as the technical quality was excellent, and the owner of the building, as the cost were kept at a minimum. In fact this branch of the company was so successful, that after 2010 the FM branch was organized to a separate company Kraft FM. Today we are managing buildings from small to very large complexes. Our core strength is technical facility management, but we have an excellent team that learns and adapts to new challenges, to be successful in every aspect of property and facility management. We manage collage campuses where we have the responsibility to manage every aspect of the property management also, like leasing store-spaces, and guest room management.
