Zero/Six Consulting, LLC was founded in 2003 by Bill Coltzer Jr., AIA in response to an industry wide need for higher performing and cohesive building envelope systems. Since its establishment, Zero/Six has become a leader in delivering innovative solutions for the creation and maintenance of better building envelopes. A firm focused solely on building envelope integrity, we have assembled a staff of professionals with diverse skill sets — Architects, Engineers, LEED Green Associates, Registered Roofing Observers (RRO), Project Managers, and Field Specialists — to achieve the necessary “whole building” approach. Our extensive knowledge of glazing systems, windows, roofing systems, cladding systems and waterproofing assemblies, and those portions of your facility controlling air quality and moisture prevention will ensure an accurate assessment of both the current environment as well as future expectations. All major building systems and elements are identified and assessed, approximate remaining economic life service is determined, and budgetary cost estimates for resolving problems and deficiencies are developed to ensure the goals of our clients are met in terms of facility function, cost control, and maintenance repairs.
