Salvador’s first real estate agency for the foreign investor Paradise Properties Bahia began in 2001 when our managing partner, a US expatriate and Brazilian licensed real estate agent, moved to Salvador. Noticing a lack of online options for visitors and investors, he designed Salvador’s first interactive website and real estate service specifically designed to assist non-Brazilians with purchasing property and/or vacation rentals in Salvador, Bahia. By 2006, the online services had grown substantially and the Paradise Properties Bahia Real Estate Agency was born bringing together a multinational group of local and expatriate business owners, real estate agents, and travel professionals, opening its doors with convenient office location in the Porto da Barra neighborhood of Salvador, Brazil.
