The Condominium Viability Audit & Rating service is availble to condominium boards in Calgary and the surrounding areas who are looking for competant, ongoing support and guidence in completing the tasks of governing their condominium both cost effectively and efficiently. Ths program helps boards simplify the process of managing the condominium and helps them sustain the property values while respecting that they are volunteer owners. The Condominium Document Review & Rating report is completed for condominums that are members of the Condominium Viability Audit & Rating program. This report is available to condo buyers and owners.
