NJP was founded in 2013 with the vision of creating unique, architect designed and innovative homes combining both form and function. Modern design, architecture and an understanding of how people want to live their lives forms the central core of our identity. We acquire, design and develop properties primarily in London, but also throughout Europe, with a long-term strategy of creating homes through conversions, new builds and regeneration projects. An NJP building can be a converted former school or office which illuminates the original features of the building fabric, or an iconic newly constructed building defined by modernism, functionality and sustainable design.
