Creating the best of health for the future. Building on work looking at the future role of the doctor, Prof. Pali Hungin and team have brought together representatives from across the profession (Royal Colleges; GMC; BMA; NHS; patient groups; health charities; commercial organisations; and many more) to think and plan for the future. The aim being to imagine how healthcare will look in 2040 and to positively influence policy towards realising a sustainable vision of better healthcare in the future. Work will focus on the doctor-patient relationship; medical training; medical leadership; wellbeing and morale; and the impact of technology.
