For nearly 30 years, ICASO has mobilized the community sector in all of its diversity to create and sustain effective responses to HIV globally. Our three strategic objectives are to: 1. Support the community sector with evidence to support advocacy, policy and programming 2. Create opportunities for the community sector to partner with others in the fields of health, justice, human rights, gender and development 3. Promote sustainability, accountability and impact of the community sector in the evolving context of the global response to HIV
