After stress related serious health issues I moved into semi retirement and knew I could never truly give up something that I am so passionate about, hence my new role. Analyst and Advisor:This role is a first within our Victorian building industry. It has evolved out of need as the current planning portfolio polices of government has crippled the building industry with to much red tape, highly inflated overall costs, labor and material shortages and worst of all so many insolvent builders. In my role I have created a large data bank of highly qualified, assessable professionals who I draw on or engage to problem solve clients issue at hand within all industries. I am a strategic thinker that has no beliefs systems and totaly focus on the task at hand & only put forward quantifiable results. I wisely only use people who meet very strict criteria & are able to achieve quantifiable benchmarks & metrics. I still retain my full DBU and all professional qualifications but only now work on select projects hand picked to which I enjoy, mostly around green sustainable practices & disciplines in the built environment. I truly love what I do and are blessed & humbled to have so many great people in my inner circle which have been amassed from being founder and chief in many successful business ventures over my 40 years of commitment.
