Make-A-Wish® Maine grants the wishes of Maine kids with life-threatening medical conditions to enrich the human experience with hope, strength and joy. These life-changing wishes help make life better for wish kids, strengthen families, and bring communities closer together. On average, a wish is granted to a Maine child every five days at a cost of $7,000. Since the chapter opened it's doors in 1992, over 1,600 wishes have been granted to Maine children.
