South Georgia Investigative Agency, Inc. was founded in 1978 by Franklin Truman McClain. By the early 1990's, SGIA had become a very successful repossession company and we incorporated in 1996. We are bonded and insured, and employee highly experienced and CARS certified recovery agents. Our coverage area includes the southern two thirds of Georgia, as well as some of South Carolina. We provide repossession services including Involuntary Repossession, Voluntary Repossession, Impound Repossession, Asset Transportation, Auto Recovery, Marine Recovery, ATV/Motorcycle Recovery, Camper/RV Recovery, Semi Recovery, Agricultural Equipment/Tractor Recovery, and the recovery of other collateral. We provide in house skip tracing on accounts, mainly through CLEAR which is the industry leading software for skip tracing. Our primary operating system is RDN, and we also utilize Clearplan, Cleardata, irepo, RCM, RMP, MRS, Webtracker and Ibeam.
