History In 2017, after a solid consulting career in Europe and the USA, Paulo Andrade de Oliveira launched alma mundus, an independent project to help social-driven organizations worldwide find sustainable and robust solutions for their challenges. After visiting over 20 countries and 5 organizations supported, the project exposed the gaps and issues organizations face to design and execute enduring sustainable strategies. The “old shareholder habit” is a barrier for an organization aiming to transition to a stakeholder approach.
