Live Music Now is the foremost musicians' development and outreach organisation in the UK. Founded in 1977 by legendary violinist Yehudi Menuhin, the charity retains his original aims of offering the benefits of live music to those with least access to it, and supporting and further developing talented professional musicians at the start of their careers. Over the last three decades, the charity has reached over 2.5 million people, with over 70,000 participatory performances for older people, those with disabilities, and children and young people with special needs.
