Since its foundation in 1906, the French society has been a gathering place for the university’s community of French students. It has sought to stimulate the intellectual and cultural curiosities of its student body by encouraging the debate of the social, economic and political issues that have so often divided the French-speaking world. More recently, the society has aimed to connect its members with a diverse array of companies, so that its members can expand their network beyond their usual student circles
