Festa Della Donna is a celebration of that diversity, primarily focusing on empowering women through transformation and by equipping them with the tools necessary to build up the “whole” woman. It is Esther’s vision is to expand FDD to a global cause, serving people around the world with coaching, personal development retreats, online courses and much more. One of Esther’s passions is helping adolescents learn how to navigate the pressures of society. We are unnecessarily losing far too many of our young men and women to drugs, alcohol, violence and suicide. This is simply because they don’t have the tools they need to act differently. With over 30 years’ experience in early childhood education, Esther knows that reaching these teens early in their lives, will help them to become happy and productive adults, because they have the tools they need to flourish in life. She works with proactive and socially responsible businesses to sponsor teens through the Teen Program, so our adolescents can get the help they need, even if their economic situation is a challenge. Always looking for a way to create impact, Esther has also published two compilations, titled “From Trials to Triumph” Volume One and Two, and she is the co-author of “Our Issues His Virtue” and was featured in the Majesty Now magazine.
